The following table lists command descriptions. Different commands are available, depending on the tab selected in Project View. For more details, click the command.

Updates tasks in existing projects to match new tasks and tracking level edits in Admin > Task/Status tab. Existing projects on the calendar may be updated to use Plan and Lot level task. Note: This function replaces all existing tasks with the current default tasks. All existing task data will be permanently lost. |

Converts all tasks to project level. Disabled when project contains lots or more than one plan. Some small projects may require only one delivery. Typcially, these projects will not use the Deliveries tab > Lots feature. For these projects, all tasks can be converted to project level so that lots do not need to be created to display Lot Level tasks. |
