Convert Tasks

Purpose

This can be used for small projects require only one delivery. Commonly, these projects will not use the Deliveries tab > Lots feature. For these projects, all tasks can be converted to project level so that lots do not need to be created in order to display Lot Level tasks.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Project View/List toolbar.

The Utilities buttons display on the toolbar.

2. Click Convert Tasks.

All existing tasks are converted to project-level and all current lot-level tasks are added as project-level tasks.
