Use this feature to save changes made to multiple projects that were checked out to the Client, so that additional users can access the latest project information. |

Steps |
To check in multiple projects:
Commit changes to server and remove local copy Applies the changes made to the project on the client and synchronizes all project information with the server. This also removes the local copy of the project from the client and unlocks the project allowing other users to edit it. When a project is checked in using this option, the project becomes unlocked Commit changes to server and keep local copy for view Applies the changes made to the project on the client and synchronizes all project information with the server. This retains the local copy of the project on the client for view only and unlocks the project allowing other users to edit it. When a project is checked in using this option, the project becomes unlocked Commit changes to server and keep local copy checked out for edit Applies the changes made to the project on the client and synchronizes all project information with the server. This retains the local copy of the project on the client. The project remains checked out to the client in edit mode. This is recommended at the end of the work day. When this method is used, the project remains checked out to the client in edit mode
