Miscellaneous Items Overview

Miscellaneous items may represent anything that is not a component, including:

• Hardware

• Loose Lumber

• Services

• Pricing Adjustments

• Anything needed in a part list or for pricing

Miscellaneous items are associated with a materials/inventory database.

Miscellaneous items:

• Can be added to the inventory, so that the items can be added to a project
• Are items that are not a part of the truss component, such as lumber and plates
• Can range anywhere from loose ship items, such as hangers, to service items, such as engineering fees
• Can edit Miscellaneous item quantity for single plan projects only
• You may reference miscellaneous items in plans/elevations as many times as needed

• Miscellaneous Items are referenced in plans/elevations as many times as needed. For details, see Plans/Elevations.
• Miscellaneous Items include any item that is not on the Components tab; this includes hardware, loose lumber, services, and pricing adjustments.
• You can sort the grid by column header.
