Miscellaneous > User Defined > Selection & Pricing Overview

The Selection & Pricing window displays all of the miscellaneous items within a material catalog. Miscellaneous materials are any materials that are added to a project that has a price and is not contained in the truss component. The Miscellaneous product grid can be sorted by any column to filter the list of materials down to smaller more manageable tables.

General Information

• The miscellaneous material is associated to a material catalog. Use the Material Catalog drop down list to the upper right of the window to view the miscellaneous materials for a specific catalog.

• Product Grid can be sorted by any of the columns in the grid. Drag the header of the column to the drop location to sort the materials by the selected column. Also, click the icon to the right of the header and specific search options display.

Auto Add

Use the Auto Add selection to automatically add Miscellaneous Items from the projects Material Catalog to the projects Miscellaneous Items tab when a project is created. This includes Pricing. After creating a project, these Miscellaneous Items from the assigned catalog are available.

If a project's Material Catalog is changed, the project retains all existing Miscellaneous Items that were previously added.
