Summary

Use the Component Properties Pricing Section to view pricing details for the selected component.

Window

Fields that display as grayed out are read only and fields that display as white are editable.

Field Descriptions

Field	Description
	Search field. Enter a full or partial description in this field and any component properties fields that match the search criteria display.
Labor Factor (Per MBDFT)	Set in Preset Manager. There are three ways to do labor; total per truss, per board foot, and per 1000 board feet.
Plate Cost	Total cost of all plates used on the truss.
Lumber Cost	Total cost of all lumber used in a truss.
Labor Cost	Charge assigned to the truss based on the labor factor.
Markup Amount	Total markup value calculated based on the markup percentage.
Cost	Total cost of Labor, Lumber and Plates.
Price	Total price of the truss including cost and markup.

1. In the Project View, select Components.

2. View the Pricing information for a component.
