Purpose |
Groups are user-defined and can be applied based on specific standards and preferences. To rename an existing group, use the following steps.

Prerequisites |
Before renaming a group, a group must exist. By default, a project always contains a group.
If a project only contains components created without a layout, then the default group is named "1". If a project contains components that were imported from a layout, then the default group is named "Imported". |

Steps

To rename an existing group: 1. Left click to highlight a group name.
2. Click Rename Group
When the cursor is positioned over a group, this command is also available from the right-click menu.
3. Enter desired Group Name.
4. Click OK.
