This example covers the steps necessary to configure your Presets to allow No Label Consolidation, Saw Files Consolidate at the Project. This is an example of the Assembly report after the Preset edits. |
Steps |
No Label Consolidation, Saw Files Consolidate at the Project 1. In the main Project List window, select Presets. 2. Select Piece Labeling and Sequencing, and information displays to the right. The Preset Manager > Fabrication > Piece Labeling and Sequencing window below displays the selections used to produce this example.
3. For Process Unit > Cutting Output Consolidation By, select Project, so the saw file will consolidate pieces across project even if they don't have the same name.
4. For Piece Labeling and Sequencing, so the boards start with T, B, W and G, select the following:
5. For the Piece Sequencing, select the following:
6. Select Piece Label Consolidation > No Consolidation, so that it does not consolidate any of the same pieces with the same name.
7. Click Close. 8. After Presets are configured, select Tools > Batch Process and click Process.
9. This is an example of an Assembly report with No Label Consolidation, Saw Files Consolidate at the Project.
