Available Reports

Displays a list of available reports.

Reports that are rarely or never used can be hidden from the Available Reports list by selecting one or more reports and clicking Hide Reports.

Hide/Unhide and many other options are available from the right click menu.

The Available Reports list can be toggled to display or hide Standard CS reports, Custom Reports and Hidden Reports.

The Available Reports list can be sorted and filtered using the column headers.
Use Search to quickly find reports. After a filter is applied, click the X to clear the search filter.

Columns can be hidden or visible. Right click on any column header to access the Choose Column option.

The Available Reports list consists of three different report types:

Standard CS Reports: Standard CS Reports are identified by "CS" pre-pending the report name, these default reports are distributed with CS Director and therefore the system prompts you to make a copy before editing. The file name must be unique and it is highly recommended that the display name is also unique. Identified by CS pre-pending the report name. These default reports are distributed with CS Director and cannot be directly modified. You can make a copy of a standard report and modify the copy.

Customized Reports: Any report or sub-report can be modified and saved as a custom report.

Sub-reports: These are special report subsets that are used within many of the Standard CS reports. These can also be modified and used with Customized reports. Sub-report names begin with an underscore and are automatically hidden. To view sub-reports you need to show hidden reports.

Reports can be modified by selecting the report or sub-report and clicking Customize (also available from the right click menu).

Standard CS Reports cannot be edited directly but rather, the system prompts you to make a copy for editing. The file name must be unique and it is highly recommended that the display name is also unique.

Reports can be exported to easily transfer custom reports to other systems.
- The export function saves selected reports to a user-defined folder (directory), however, any sub-reports used within the report are not automatically included in the export. To include a sub-report in the export, select the specific sub-report in addition to the selected Report and click Export, .
