Summary
Bid Decline Reasons are documentation for why and by whom a bid was declined.
- From the Project View > Project Info > General > Project Properties section, you can select the bid decline reason from a drop down list. This is an optional field. For details, see Project Properties.

Accessing
1. In the Project List window, select Administration.
2. Select Administration > Change Order Reasons.
