Many Simpson Strong-Tie courses have been approved by the State of Ohio for Building Officials for continuing education credits. It is a course requirement that in order to receive OH continuing education credits for passing this course, you must have entered your OH Building Official ID number in your Simpson profile page in the Ohio ID field. For OH Building Officials that take and pass this course, it is your responsibility to self-report your credits to the State of OH Board of Building Standards. Please retain your Completion Certificate for your records. OH Building Officials are only permitted to take the same course each calendar year. Agency/Board Website:
