Once participants pass the course, they will be permitted to review their submitted test questions. If the event that an incorrect answers were submitted, the correct answer will be revealed.
The awarding of the Continuing Education Unit (CEU) is a recognized method of quantifying participation in an organized continuing education experience under responsible sponsorship, capable direction, and qualified instruction. One CEU is defined as ten contact hours of time spent in such an educational experience.

One hour = 0.1 CEU
A passed status means that the student has met the online course requirements. Participants that receive a “Passed” status have been awarded the quantity of CEUs that were offered for the online course that they completed.
The student has reviewed the course content, taken the assessment associated with the course and failed to get a 80% or better score.
The student has exited the course prior to completing the course assessment and/or the course content.

Yes. When filling out your registration information, you must enter the number 67000 when asked for your Primary Agency code.
No. Simpson Strong-Tie training department will forward all the information needed on the first of every month to the NY State Codes Division. However, please keep your Completion Certificate for your record.
No. Your information will not be sent to the NY Codes Division until the following first of the month. Please allow an addition 10 days for the NY State Codes Division to enter this information onto your transcript.
