Simpson Strong-Tie Customer Advisory Panel
Simpson Strong-Tie is committed to providing relevant, high-quality educational opportunities for our customers. To help ensure we spend time developing effective and worthwhile training programs, we are asking for volunteers to offer their input by responding to periodic surveys. The feedback from these surveys will be used to help us determine priorities and specific training needs in the industry. Feedback will also shape the content of our training programs so that we focus on what’s most important to you.
Here are answers to some questions you may have:
· How many surveys should I expect?
We plan to send no more than three to four optional surveys over the course of a year. Based on your profession and areas of expertise, this may be less.
· What if I change my mind and no longer want to participate?
You can opt-out at any time to stop receiving surveys. We will include a link to opt-out at the bottom of every survey request we send. You can also opt-out by going to your Profile in the Simpson Strong-Tie online training center.
· Will my information be shared?

To get started, go to your Profile and opt-in. Your Profile can be accessed from the Simpson Strong-Tie online training center. Make sure to select your areas of interest on your profile so we can better target our surveys to the appropriate audience. Selection of survey respondents will often be based on your selected areas of interest, so keep in mind that if you leave these blank, you may not be selected to participate in some surveys.
