Purpose |
Use View Boards to view detailed board information for the selected component. For each board, detailed information includes Board Type, Label, Size, Species and Grade, Length, applicable saw, and a graphical representation. |

Prerequisites |
Before viewing boards, components must exist within the active project.

Steps |
To view boards and edit information: 1. Select the Components Tab for a project. 2. Select a component. 3. Click View Boards.
4. View detailed information for each board for the selected component.
5. To change a board's species and grade to an alternate solution, double click the Species, Grade field and select the desired species/grade from the list. Available species and grades are based on the current inventory.
6. To force boards to a specific saw, double click in the Saw field of a board and select the desired saw from the list. For each board, cutting output is generated for the saw displayed in the Saw field. Each board of the component is initially assigned to a saw based on the machinery settings.
7. To enlarge the image, double click the board graphic.
8. Expand the window using the mouse and click the X to close. 9. To print the Board list, click Print Boards. 10. To change the current saw scheme for the component, use the drop-down list to select the desired saw scheme.
