Restore Project

 

Purpose

Use Restore Project to replace the current version of a project with a previously backed up project.

Prerequisites

To restore a project, existing bids, projects, master projects or change orders must already exist.

Steps

To restore a project:

  1. From the main CS Director window, select Project List.
  2. Click Restore Project.


  1. Browse to the previously backed up project with the .zip file extension.

  1. To replace all current project files with the compressed backup files, click Open.

Restore Project completely replaces all files from the current project with the files contained in the backup.
