Use Date in Prefix (YYMM)

Check this box to include the four digit date as part of the prefix numbering scheme. A two digit year and a two digit month is added automatically in front of whatever else is showing as a prefix.

Use the Same Base Number for all Types

Check this box to use the numbering scheme for Next Bid for all the different types of projects. Numbers will sequence up for the next project of any kind.

Minimum Digits in Base Number

Set the minimum number of digits in the desired format. For example, if the base number starts at 100 but 4 digits are selected, then the number displayed is 0100.

Build # Per Lot

Enter the starting build number per lot. This number is incremented automatically when new lots are added. If the lots in the project do not have a build number, you can double-click to get the next number (for existing projects and for projects created, when not connected to the server).

Min Digits

Define the minimum number of digits in the build #.
