Disclosures

Summary

You can customize disclosures for CS Quote, Delivery, and Invoice reports.

The Administration - Disclosures tab contains three additional tabs:

  • Quote Disclosure
  • Delivery Disclosure
  • Invoice Disclosure

  • You can edit each disclosure as needed. If a disclosure is left blank, a default disclosure is used.

  • When a new project is created, the Disclosure values are automatically copied from Administration to the project's Project Info > Disclosures tab. The project level disclosures can be used as is or customized for the specific project. Reports use the information in the project's Project Info > Disclosures tab.

  • Projects created in previous versions of CS Director do not inherit the disclosures defined in the Administration settings. Copy and paste commands can be used to copy disclosures from Administration to existing project's disclosures.

  • You can set disclosures at the Project or Company level, on the Administration window.

  • Note that you have the ability to override global disclosures at the Customer level. When no text is entered on the Customer Level, the default values are applied to the project’s Disclosures.

1.  In the Project List window, select Administration.

Project Level Disclosures

  • Go to Project Settings > Disclosures.

  • Select a tab to edit the appropriate disclosures.

 

Company Level Disclosures

  • Go to Companies.

  • Double-click the selected customer.

  • Click the Disclosures tab.

  • Select a tab to edit the appropriate disclosures.
